Overall Purpose of Role
To provide support for designated systems ensuring that agreed service levels are met in terms of service delivery and incident management.
Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents to ensure the normal service is restored as quickly as possible (and within SLA determined by priority), therefore minimising the impact on the business.
Work proactively to ensure potential issues are dealt with before they impact the service. This will involve liasing, where necessary, with software vendors, third party support organisations and internal support teams to ensure the timely resolution of identified failures, errors and other reported problems.
Note that the key skill requirements for this role are:
1. 2 years of Oracle Financial Analyser experience including administration
2. Previous of using Hyperion a financial application
3. 2 years minimum experience of Supporting OLAP Databases
